Data controller

The controller of your data is إقامة إدريس. Processing is carried out through the HjezOS system, acting as processor on behalf of the establishment.

Processing complies with Algerian Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data.

Data we collect

With your booking request: name, phone, email, stay dates, number of guests and your notes.

On arrival: the details of your identity document (names, date and place of birth, nationality, document number, national identification number) and a copy of it, for you and every accompanying adult, plus address and profession.

Purposes

Managing your booking and contacting you to confirm it.

Performing the rental contract and invoicing.

Meeting the legal obligations of accommodation establishments, including keeping the guest register and presenting it to the competent services.

Recipients

Authorised staff of the establishment, each according to their role.

HjezOS, as technical processor, with no other use of your data.

Guest data may be disclosed to the competent authorities upon a lawful request, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Your data is never sold nor used for advertising without your consent.

Retention

Stay data and identity documents are kept for the period required by legal and accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymised.

Contact details of unconfirmed requests are deleted after a short period.

Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Identity numbers are encrypted in the database; document copies are kept in private storage, reachable only through temporary links, and every access is logged.

Your rights

You have the rights of information, access and rectification, and may object to processing on legitimate grounds, within the limits of the law and of the establishment’s legal obligations.
